About David Keen

David Keen, born Ricky David Keen, in South Georgia in a little town called Cairo.

He rode his first horse at the age of 18 months. He also did like any other little boy and got into sports. He became a pitcher of his baseball team, was line backer in football, and also played basketball. Through all the sports and school, he stayed with horses, riding in shows all around Georgia, Alabama, Florida and Oklahoma. At the age of 8, he went to his first World's Show. He then started training pony's and horses at the age of 10.

David later moved with his family to Pennsylvania before the start of his senior year of high school After graduation, he joined the United States Army. After his active duty he joined the Army Reserves.

In 2005, David married to his girlfriend Crystal, and begun his family and they welcomed a son, Nathan David, in 2006. They are currently awaiting a second child due Sept. 2007. With David, family always comes first

David's love of music started in high school, where he begun writing lyrics. Then, when he was of age, of course, he began going to karaoke bars. David is extremely happy to be releasing his first CD that was recorded in Nashville, and definitely anticipates going back to the studio to record much more!
